Coolzy - Portable Air Conditioner

The product was ok. It didnt suit our needs. We are giving 3 stars mainly due to customer service. We emailed to inform the return of product within 7 days of delivery and advise we could deliver it back to the nominated address ourselves. Was told to walk in between 9am and 4pm Mon - Friday. Went there on Wednesday around 1pm, no one was there, called multiple times, no one picked up the calls, left messages - have not heard back.Later in the same afternoon, called and left message.Emailed back and advised the above.Was told it was unfortunate we came at the time the reception was unattended and they told us to inform before we come next time (in the previous email was told to just walk in).Emailed again to ask for the admin fee to be waived as a good gesture because we did everything right by Coolzy to return the product (but we received was a big waste of time).Returned unit. Received email back and was told the return policy applied and admin fee was charged in full.Hope this review helps the next potential customers.

I am the business founder and inventor of our cute little personal cooling device. Even though I am the inventor, I am continually surprised at how well my invention works, for me, my family members and thousands of families who now use our products in Australia, Indonesia, Pakistan and Singapore. Soon in many other places as well! Here is my 4 year old unit in my bedroom where I really needed it last night!

Easiest portable air con I've ever used. Took out the box, plugged in and turned on. Energy bills are down now. Very happy.

Everyone is amazingly helpful, customer service is excellent. The air con is amazing I am so glad I found this product. It's more environmentally kind to operate, cheaper to run and does a better job (I think) than all the rest.

happy with this as it is small and light. My kids can move it around and put it in their rooms if it's hot (which it was last night). Can't recommend highly enough :)

Love this thing! We took our Coolzy on the John Holland track and it worked well. We had it running on a dual batt system (about 240ah) and it ran all night without dramas. It was a last minute purchase but glad we took it cause some nights were 35C+. Reckon this thing saved our marriage haha

Absolutely fantastic product fit for purpose. I have an Old English Sheepdog and use it to keep cool in summer at the fraction of the cost of regular air conditioners. Great for all pets.

Using the Coolzy now for the second summer. Found it to work really well to cool me for a good night's sleep, even on hot and humid days and at the same time to be very cost efficient.
