I got the same bad experience as Sara had. They charged me $850 to fix the roof leakage when there was no damage on tiles. What they did just cleaned few debris in the flushing and put some Al foil under the tile. I wouldn’t say anything if these can fix all leakage issues but apparently not the case.

Made a enquiry call and they were blunt and rude maybe he was not having a good day, but not a way to attend to customers. Left it there and did not proceed with their service.Response to below message. No don't be mistaken definitely blunt and rude you never asked for the problem as I was trying to explain the job but no patience. You actually hung up when I said don't worry.

On Hipages, this 'company' lists itself as carrying out roof repairs. For the price quoted ($590), we expected a top quality repair and professional service. Naturally, I will not know if the roof leak has been fixed until some rain has come and time has passed. What I do know is that the roof was left in a poor state and it looks awful, the repair was not completed with aesthetics in mind at all. He arrived an hour late, Upon arrival he told me he was in a rush. He did not have the materials required to complete the job and asked me if I had any wood laying around. He cut the ridge cap on the roof with snips and has not tried to restore the cuts to how they looked before he cut it (the ridge cap previously had no cuts in it at all); the cuts are bent and only partially sealed with sealant. Where he lifted a roof sheet, he has bent it and now it no longer sits flush with the sheet beneath it (I guess that will leak now). The repair itself just looks shoddy and rushed. Some sort of foil type material has been used for the repair on a Monument color Color bond roof. I got on a ladder and checked the gutters around the repair area and found he had left the debris in the gutter (large pieces of silicone that he had removed from a previous repair, roof screws and some rubber washers from screws he removed and put back without the washers). He had also thrown old silicone on my paving. He also had two leaking downpipes to fix. He completed all of this work, for $590, in 1.5 hours.I had a number of concerns to raise with him and after being fobbed off with the first two concerns, I realized there was no point in trying with any more concerns as he didn't seem interested or care.

Soheil arrived right on time,accessed the situation gave me a price , I accepted the price , straight into fixing the problem,all done. A straight shooter ,a very efficient time and motion man.I highly recommend him.
