I received a very competitive quote to install a reverse cycle heaitng and cooling sustem in my home. Unlike other companies, Jason took the time to explain all of the options and which one would best suit the house design and my needs. The. system was installed quickly and efficiently with all work completed in a day. The tradesmen who installed were quick, competent and polite. All rubbish was removed and my house and property was left clean. I have no hesitation in recommneding Value Air as a trusted installer.

We had a larger ducted refridgerated r/c installed for our older style two storey home.From first enquiry to completion, the owner Jason was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is a professional, friendly decent man who knows his stuff, and this became an obvious reflection of his installers... a really top rate team.To us, this a was a big job, yet they had it completed in a day. We had a ducted air conditioning system installed by Jason and his team. The tradesmen were very neat and clean and did a fantastic job. The price we paid was very competitive and I would highly recommend this company.

Jason proposed a few options to choose which one would best suit the house design and my needs. The price was very competitive as well. He always responded to my enquiries in a timely manner.The ducted system (with E-zone controller) was installed quickly within a few hours. Initially, I thought that tradesmen did a good job.Yesterday, I had to do some roof maintenance and noticed that tradesmen left a lot of rubbish in under roof space, which I had to clean myself (all ceiling cut-offs, wires, sticky tape & hose).Unfortunately, they also left not covered with ceiling insulation batts almost all places where they did the job.Some of uncovered areas were almost a square meter. So, I have to spent more than an hour to fix these issues myself.I also found that their electrical specialist forgot to activate ‘Myzone’ switch, so I can use 3 different temperature controls (Myzone, Eztemp & Ezauto). Jason quickly arranged the same electrical.However, the electrical contractor was not able to allocate 10 minutes to complete his job for more than fortnight since Jason contacted him.I would highly recommend Jason but not his tradesmen and electrical contractor.Regards,Roman

Highly Recommended.The team did a great job a few weeks ago removing two split a/c units and installing ducted reverse cycle. Clean and neat job. Got the eZone with in-room thermostats. App control is amazing!

Purchased an Aolan Evaporative air conditioner from this group in November 2018 installed for $2,250.The system had water float issues from shortly after install which were attended to with the warranty, but now after 3 years (and the warranty lapsing) the machine has continued to have float issues which have resulted in ceiling damage and the machine no longer working correctly.Had a third party air cond service mechanic look in to the unit, who advised that the installer did not correctly install the system when they replaced the previous system and that the entire system now needs a full replacement.Sent the report from the air cond specialist to Value Air and essentially received essentially a too bad response suggesting we pay for their contractor to come out and tell us the same thing that the unit needs replacement after 3 yrs (1 yr out of warranty) at our cost.Save your money and avoid this group. Terrible quality products with apparently substandard installers and poor customer service.

Highly satisfied with the service we received from Value Air. Jason was infinitely patient and helpful giving us information and advice to make the right choice of whole house ducted air-conditioning. We settled on an extremely quiet Mitsubishi Electric model which was installed last week and is already working well. We particularly like the WiFi app that comes with this unit allowing you to operate it via your mobile phone. Installation was fast and efficient by a great team of lads with no disruption to our regular routine. Highly recommended.

Recently got Mitsubishi Ducted air conditioner System fitted In my home by value air company in Malaga. The manager came to my home to help me understand the whole air conditioning unit and how it will work best for my home. Very technically explained and at length. Really appreciated it all. The system installed by the tradesmen was very well executed. I was very nervous on any breakages in terms of installation and refitting everything, but was amazed when everything went to plan and am very happy to recommend Jason from value air and his team.
