Mike and his installation team did a fantastic job. From the initial quote and design with some great suggestions to maximise airflow and size of unit to match the house. The installers were professional and tidy with enormous pride in their work, return duct perfectly spaced and external covers adapted to fit brick work. Couldn't be happier.

Would highly recommend LANGLER AirWe had our 15 year old reverse cycle A/C system replaced in our two story house. The old system was not performing as it should. We had a few quotes and settled on LANGLER Air as they were by far the most professional and took the time to investigate why the old system was not performing. They discovered that when the old system was installed the tubing had been squashed between bulk heads and the air flow was considerably restricted, plus the design layout of the system was flawed.It was a challenging job, but Mike and his team were up for the challenge and explained how they were going to overcome the faults and design a system that worked.When the other installers who looked at the job and then did not return our calls or said they were to busy to do the work, It was apparent that the job was too difficult for them.We went for the Mitsubishi Electric unit with the iZone control system as this system suited our requirements as Mike recommended in the beginning of the design phase. This system is amazing.On the days of installation, Mike’s team arrived on time and commenced what was going to be two long days. From 7.30am through to 7pm the team worked through the install issues, including widening or enlarging bulkhead spaces, repositioning of the outside unit and re-routing new componentry. A special mention to Shane “ the little master” who was relentless in his pursuit of excellence and spent most of his time in the roof space only coming down for lunch….amazing work ethic.After the install was completed and the system tested, the day finished with one of the team explaining the iZone control system that is so easy to operate, even on our phones. Such an improvement.It’s apparent that Mike’s trades take great pride in their work and that LANGLER Air can deliver a fantastic product. And by the way, the quote was not the most expensive and there was no additional charge due to the complexity of the job.Well done that team!

Mike came to quote when another air con business told me me unit needed replacing. Over the phone he had already given a rough estimate that was $9K less than the other company. Within 5 minutes of arriving Mike had identified several blindingly obvious errors the other technician had made, he did a hard reset on the system and it started working again. Mike didn't get any business from me, but absolutely gets my recommendation for honest and ethical business practices.

Mike was very quick to respond and walked me through what would work and what wouldn’t for my house and what I needed. I had spoken to other companies before speaking with Mike who all recommended different things. Mike was able to explain in simple terms what was needed gave me a quote for what he recommended plus what others recommended and let me make the decision for myself without any pushy sales pitch. Prices were great and was able to get my aircon installed quickly. The guys that installed where fantastic and funny got in got the job done all while having a laugh. Highly recommend

Where to begin? Our 20+ year old reverse cycle ducted unit completely died mid January just before what seemed like the hottest summer ever really kicked into gear. We had a problem. After frantically contacting about 5 companies and receiving either no answer or unhelpful responses Mike came to our rescue. He was friendly, sincere and not afraid to spend time going into details with us and answering any question we threw at him. He always delivered as promised and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We never felt pressured in the slightest to sign with him.The installers were very friendly guys who did a great job and worked so hard to get our complicated install done on a 40 degree day despite being a man down. Very good installer team and and able to deal with existing house conditions. The Mitsubishi system also running well in both summer and winter. They also have a very good customer service. While we had some hickup with the Mitsubishi cashback, the installer has offered the refund equivalentto the cashback amount out of their pocket which is amazing.

Very happy with the job completed by the team at Langler Air. Shane (Air-con Installer) and Kane (Electrician) did a great job installing our Ducted Reverse Cycle system, were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.Our job provided more obstacles with large living areas that have cathedral ceilings so wall registers needed to be drilled and cabling run under tiles and the guys smashed it!

The service we received from Mike and his team was exceptional, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.From the first contact, Mike provided the best options for air conditioning our home, and was patient in responding to our questions. His hard working installation team were outstanding, keeping me updated throughout the process, asking and answering questions where needed and were really respectful while in our home. Above all, we now have an high quality, efficient cooling system in our house that we are really happy with.

After our existing unit was deemed beyond viable repair, during an intense hot spell, Mike was able to quickly access a replacement unit and arrange installation at a very competitive price. The installers were neat workers and very efficient providing us with a comprehensive handover when the installation was complete.
